So who is Warren Williams, anyway?
I’m glad you asked!
Here’s my story:
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, I spent the next 20+ years in the corporate world, taking on various roles like account management, technical sales engineering, offer development, product management and product development. Along the way, I completed a Masters in Telecommunications, and an Executive MBA. As my career progressed into leadership roles, I became more and more convinced there was something ELSE out there for me to do, something that would allow me to leverage my strengths and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Fast forward to 2007, when I faced my second layoff due to acquisition. I decided I’d had enough of the W-2 lifestyle, and set about the task of developing my own business.
I explored a variety of options where I felt I could have an impact. Most of my career was spent in serving the business marketplace, so that became the focus of my search. I had developed skills in strategic planning, business analysis, financial analysis, marketing, and market research, all of which are valuable to the growing business owner.
My search led me to the field of business coaching, and in the spring of 2008, my coaching business was launched. It’s been quite a ride since then, but I have never regretted the choice of investing myself in the lives of my clients and their businesses, helping them increase their skills as owners, learning how to be the Chief Executive and not just the Chief Employee, and watching their business grow as a result.
Has it all been a walk in the park? Absolutely not! Building a business is hard work, and I have faced and overcome some real challenges. Along the way, I’ve invested in myself, expanding my skills and learning new ones. With the help of some top-notch Coaches and training programs, plus my extensive experience over the years, I have developed the expertise to offer real value to my clients, helping them get crystal clear on their goals, get more clients, make more money, and build something they love.
I am passionate about the role planning plays in business and personal success, and am committed to providing the knowledge and tools that will make the difference between mediocre and extraordinary success for my clients! I’m in my 9th year as an Advisor, and have created and delivered programs that really get to the heart of what business owners need to know, and help them identify what stops them from taking the most highly-leveraged actions and achieving results.
